Great staff and comfy vibes!
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the comfy lounge. The bed was super comfy, but the chairs could've been better. Staff were fantastic—shoutout to them for being so helpful! it's really dog-friendly. Just wish the room was cleaner. there were dirty linens in the hall, which was kinda off-putting.

The breakfast spread was a delight, especially the croissants, warming us up for a day of milling around Grantown-on-Spey! The staff were friendly and attentive, making our short stay quite pleasant. Plus, the hotel’s cozy lounge offered a perfect spot to relax after a day out exploring.
The room felt a bit worn, with older furnishings that could really use a refresh. We found the dining options a bit limited, which meant trekking out to find a meal more times than we'd liked.

The room was okay, clean enough but felt a bit worn. The bed was as comfy as a single bed can be. I had good water pressure in the shower, but the furnishings definitely need a refresh. It was nice having a little seating area, though. Could’ve used a bit more space to move around, felt a tad cramped with my suitcase on the floor.

I stayed at Craiglynne for two nights in a Double Room. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the hotel had a cozy atmosphere with a lovely fireplace. The breakfast offered a decent variety, especially the porridge, which I enjoyed. my room felt a bit worn, with an uncomfortable bed that really could use an upgrade. The bathroom had some issues. the shower produced a trickle of water, making it frustrating to use. I also noted that the Wi-Fi was spotty throughout my stay, which was inconvenient. Despite these drawbacks, the welcoming environment and attentive staff made it a pleasant stay overall.

Friendly atmosphere but cleanliness needs improvement
I recently stayed for one night and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a lovely view, but I was disappointed with the standard of cleanliness. surfaces could have used a thorough dust and the bathroom needed better attention. The breakfast provided a generous selection, helping to start the day on a positive note.

The stay offered a charming Victorian property with nice grounds and comfortable common areas. Staff were attentive and pleasant during my time there. the bathroom handle was loose and needed repair, while the shower tap was stiff and required effort to operate. The meal options, including the recommended Singapore noodles, were enjoyable, indicating a need for better kitchen staffing during busy hours.
